HR Metrics
Measuring and Marketing the Human
Resources Organization
The goal of becoming strategic is
to work in conjunction with management to increase a company's
competitiveness and correspondingly, a company's profits
or stock value. A critical component of becoming strategic
includes finding ways to justify HR expenses to top management.
Metrics and measurements play an important role. This course
will show you how to develop methods to track the effectiveness
of your HR policies and to present proof of return on investment.
